    Many thanks to Specelec for excellent customer support following an order for three of these spotlights. After installation unfortunately 2 failed after a few days. After contacting Specelec by e-mail I got a rapid response and arrangements made to send the defective lights back. Replacement lights arrived after 24hours and have been working well for over a month so far in foul winter weather. Refreshing to get such great service and will definitely use this company again!
