Firstly nice toilet pan, great value for money but doesn’t look cheap and goes nicely in a country cottage bathroom. Initial delivery was quick however pan was cracked which was done by the courier. I emailed seller thinking here we go however I got a reply within 5 minutes and toilet delivered within 24 hours. I have no issue when things go wrong because sometimes they do but it’s how the issue is resolved. First class service, well done and thank you.

Item arrived quite quick and in one piece, no thanks to the DPD courier, he pulled into our drive opened the van doors and threw our parcel onto the stone drive. This parcel was a ceramic toilet and was plastered with FRAGILE stickers all over the parcel. My wife complained to him he answered with a shrug and said the box is damaged but could not care less, he did not bother to pause his conversation on his phone no apology nothing he could not care less.

The item looks great and exactly as described. I've only given 4 stars for despatch time which is probably a bit unfair, but due to an inventory error they didn't have one to send me. On the other hand the communication was worth more than 5 stars, when they realised, they immediately offered alternatives or I could wait 2 weeks and within 2 weeks I had it. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone.

Seller claimed it was dispatched, then a few days later sent a message saying it wasn't in stock. So they lied about dispatching. Offered an alt for the same price (alt is £60 cheaper elsewhere). Got refunded. Then ordered from another seller, turns out to be the exact same seller under another name and they pulled the exact same thing... word for word the same in the message saying out of stock. Asked them to let me have their other 'fake' account names so I can avoid those too. Buyer beware
