    I was pleased with the speed in which the seller shipped the item to me, and even more with the care he took to ensure no breakage should occur during shipping. However, the item did have some damage prior to shipping and provided photos to documents that; but the photos didn't show the true extent of the damage on the item. I was surprised and disappointed in the amount of damage not shown in the photo. I tested it and it did heat up, but I may still return it since I have a return option.
