Hi Seller, received the item with thanks!! The arrived before due date and is as described. However, the only issue we had was the lid will not stay 0pen so when you try to fill the kettle the lid shuts. Apart from that the kettle looks good and works fine. Thanks again Seller, well done!!!!

Unfortunately the delivery agent Evri 😕 had crushed the packaging and lost the kettle lid. The seller was very helpful but unable to supply a lid so looks like I'll have to buy another kettle and then I'll have a spare body for when the element fails.
