    Purchased rugby shirt from this seller, going by the photo he provided. Completely different, cheaper shirt arrived. Seller claimed to have shown the much more expensive shirt by mistake. Suggested to the seller we come to a mutually agreeable resolution rather than just go down the negative feedback route, as per EBay protocol. Seller became rude, aggressive, hence the negative feedback.

    I placed an order for an expensive pair of trainers over a week ago. Despite the seller advising the item would arrive within a couple of days a week later they have not arrived and I have had no contact from the seller to explain why. I would not use this seller again.

    It is always useful if a buyer communicates before leaving feedback. This item was lost and refunded immediately. Unfortunately we knew nothing about it until feedback was left :(
