The item was dirty and had holes in it, seller is smart and takes pictures so its not visible. And he refuses refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY. SCAM! And report him to ebay.

Absolutely insane and bogus feedback from the buyer. I take pictures of the items for sale in the highest resolution and just enlarge them with a magnifying glass. The miniature hole can also be seen in the sales photo, the previous owner probably had a badge stuck there. The flag was definitely not dirty!!! Everything I sell is clearly marked as a used collector's item in varying condition. I am a collector and do not sell any of my items as new.
