The notebook was extremely well packaged in order to survive inter-continental travel so arrived in perfect condition, and for a limited edition Moleskine it was great value for money! Seller sent a message as soon as the item had been shipped, offering to resolve any issues that may have come up - wonderful experience!

  This seller is stellar. Thefirst package I received only had Sculpey Premo and was supposed to be a Premo and Souffle mix. When I contacted her she responded back within 30 mins. She apologized and told me to keep it and she would send me the original order. I just received my order and she put in some tools and a lovely card. I am very pleased

  I have to praise the seller. I live in the US and the seller lives in Canada. After I purchased the item and the seller had sent it, the Canadian Postal Service went on strike. She contacted me immediately to let me know that the item may be delayed because of the strike. She updated me another time to say that the strike was continuing. Since I needed the item, I asked for a refund which she did immediately with no hassles. She was very easy to work with. It was appreciated.
