The notebook was extremely well packaged in order to survive inter-continental travel so arrived in perfect condition, and for a limited edition Moleskine it was great value for money! Seller sent a message as soon as the item had been shipped, offering to resolve any issues that may have come up - wonderful experience!

When I contacted her she responded back within 30 mins. She apologized and told me to keep it and she would send me the original order.
