    Beware of this seller! Do not buy from them. I purchased a $30 item from them. They took my money and sent a fake tracking number. Never shipped item. No communication whatsoever even after I contacted them. They cancelled order 21 days later after eBay contacted them. Do not buy from this seller as they do not have any integrity and they lack the moral fortitude to do the right thing.

    The feedback is inaccurate. I shipped the item, but it was lost in transit, which can happen during the holiday season. The buyer opened a claim on 12/19, and per eBay's policy, I refunded the order within 5 days as I couldn’t send a replacement and have it arrive in time. The buyer requested a new item, but I couldn't fulfill that request due to stock limitations, which I let them know. I advise buyers to contact the seller first before opening a dispute, as it limits the seller's options.
