The customer service was wonderful from the seller. The item I received was listed as new but I received one that had been used, scraped up and broken. I messaged them about it and they issued a refund within the same day. It's unfortunate that the item was bad, but the seller was great to work with. I am unsure if the seller was completely aware of the products they are selling and the condition of them, but they were helpful and polite

Item was exactly as described. However shipping was slow sat at post office for 6 days and when i asked politely about hold up I received zero response from seller like all the others have complained about. Finally received item. Shipping cost seller charged are outrageous for shipping the item the cheapest slowest way which was why it took so long to received. Leaving neutral feed back because item was as described but seller needs to work on customer interaction as evident from feedbacks.
