  I purchased an item on July 15, 2025, and the seller never shipped it. I messaged the seller on July 18, 2025, but received no response. As of today, July 24, I had to open a case with eBay. The seller responded to the case, saying they were on vacation and would ship the item today. They also asked me to close the case and pointed out that they have good feedback.   Can’t ship something if we aren’t near it. We did nothing wrong just asked them to close the case because it ties the money up. Yes we were on vacation shame on us for taking a break. We have great feedback because we do the right thing sorry, but not sorry. Someone else will get the bag no problem you got your money back
