  I ordered 2 identical lamps. What I received were 2 different lamps. One was 3000k and the other 6000k colour brightness. I have exchanged messages with the seller and sent photos they requested showing the mismatch. They never accepted responsibility or apologized for their error. They just asked for more and more detail. I gave them every opportunity to put it right but they did not. They are not a reputable seller. I will have to buy from an alternative source.

  This was a very straight forward purchase. The product received was as described, and arrived within the advised time frame. I received a quick resonse to my request for an invoice to cover this transaction. The seller seemed very keen to do everything they could to please me. I'm not able to comment on the quality of the product, as I've sold the 3 pieces I ordered on to a third party, and at the moment they are still in transit to them.
