However, one pen was damaged. a plastic strip separating 2 colours was broken and a piece missing, causing some colours to jam. There was no damage to the packaging and I can only assume it left the factory like that. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent another pack of 2 pens which arrived a few days later. I have no hesitation in highly recommending the seller Quality2Door.

    The seller packed the egg slicer in its original packaging and placed it in a grey postal bag securely sealed with sellotape over the sealed flap. The item arrived via Royal mail 2nd class delivery in 2 days after ordering. I would recommend this seller to anyone else and I would buy from them again.

    The item arrived promptly. The Royal mail had put it into a plastic bag because it showed signs of leaking oil but on opening the padded envelope the plastic bottle and appeared full with seals unbroken so the leak was minimal. I had no cause to contact the seller. Thankyou.
