Item supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago, I have messaged the seller but no response from his side. Today I received curved bin with un usable lid…. This is unacceptable! Warning everyone to think twice before ordering from this seller, clearly not reliable and careless about his customers!

Firstly we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Due to a non-answer at the address, the parcel was returned twice to the Delivery Office. It was delivered on the 3rd attempt and sometimes the situation is not in our hands. The parcel gets damaged while in transit. We always try our best and better to serve our customers.

Nice sturdy washing up bowl BUT item sizing given differed from actual product so bowl far too small for my sink-couldn't fit a dinner plate in (and no chance of washing up my wok!). Easy return process although annoying to have to pay return postage when incorrectly described so out of pocket unfortunately for something that wasn't my fault
