Received items ordered but not what I expected with description of item advertised,was led to believe it was a working external hard drive not a shell casing for a hard drive to be inserted into it.Should put better description of what it is and what it is not so slightly disappointed with my purchase.

The item was nothing like the picture, when I complained and asked for a refund I was offered 1/2 my money back and to keep the rag , I accepted the offer as it was obvious the best I was going to get

The most annoying and horrible seller I have ever seen in my life with eBay.He sent used glass protector with bubbles and cracks on it and offering me £2 instead £4.86 what I paid him.He text me about 10 times the same text which irritated me badly.Its total his fault and he offering me less than half money.Delivery came too late.Seller is quite terrible person.you will have very bitter experience if you ever buy of him anything.He doesn’t know customer services at all.
