    Unfortunately slow delivery and parcel force delivered it to the WRONG Address l realise that's not down to the seller but never the less disappointed with their carrier. Item was well packed and the description was accurate the price was good for the item, l did contact them ref the wrong address but as of this time l have had no reply would l buy from them again ? maybe if they had a better courier.

    The backpack is made of strong materials, good quality. The bag arrived with minimal packaging, mainly a large box, plastic bag and some padding ( good to see minimal waste being created, totally approve) The delivery was as stated, no issues, condition is new, meaning also appearance was equally good. The price was very good, comparing to other same item on e-bay and other well known sites, getting additional discount which changed from shortlist to buy for me. Would recommend seller.

    Product as described. Well packaged, which is a good job as the courier chose to drop the parcel over a six foot gate to complete delivery, rather than let the delivery fail! Good and quick communication. It's a business I've used previously and would have no hesitation in using again.

    The item was as advertised and the seller helpful. However the Post Office messed up the delivery to the collection point and because I then went on holiday I did not receive the item until the 18th July. This was NOT the sellers fault but it is the reason for the delay to the feedback.
