Although the product arrived extremely quick, it was frustrating that it did not come the the required install hardware or installation guidelines. I also tried contacting the seller multiple times with specific questions about the item, and I never received a reply. Again frustrating. Though the product delivered was of decent quality, my frustrations are more with the seller and the lack of communication.
