  Hard drive was as described: brand new, no issues with condition, and price was great! Now why the neutral review? I work at a company that designs and manufacturers rugged computing equipment primarily for military contract companies (Lockheed, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, etc.). The drive was NOT in an ESD bag, simply placed in a bubble bag, then put in the box surrounded by 2 other bubble bags. Unacceptable! Please, if you're shipping electronic components, use ESD bags and proper insulation!
