  ⛔️Poor communication from the outset. Item never arrived, then delivery was returned to seller by their courier/post office . I wrote to the seller to question this & was simply told told to wait 24hrs. I waited for 72hrs, then chased the seller for the reason for the 3 day delay, the non delivery and lack of communication. Seller didn’t have the decency to explain, just responded “refunded”. Very poor customer service - I will not deal with this seller again. Same item cheaper elswhere ⛔️

  It took a week before the items were updated as received by the courier - and that was the day delivery was due. I contacted seller but by then it was too late to do anything. Product as described, but disappointed with dispatch time and delivery a week after expected.
