    I had an issue with a delayed delivery (Royal Mail at fault). I contacted stitches and steel and got an email back within the hour from Tor. They could not have been more helpful. Resent my package for next day delivery (DHL), no charge. The communication from Tor was superb, fast and efficient. Although I only purchased a Kador rail it's clear that this is a company with great customer service at its heart. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Tom
