    We did experience an issue with damage to a bulb that was sent, but that was just as much down to the postal service as the seller. Their customer service skills in sorting the issue out were fantastic, they were quick to respond, friendly and sent a replacement immediately. I believe you learn more from a seller as to how they react when things do go wrong than you do when everything goes smoothly. 5 well deserved stars.
