But the sellers themselves were able to guide me in. The actual nuts were packed / wrapped solidily and were of top quality. Price was excellent. Will more than happily be back for more supplies.

Took almost a week from ordering to arrive. Was shocked when I saw the state of the package. Not sure if I'd use this seller again just because of the delivery company they used. Looked like it had been kicked around like a football and stood on. Lucky the bags of food inside were still intact and otherwise ok. Hamster food was as described, new in bags.

A trusted seller who through no fault on their part I imagine lost th original package, which I hope you can claim for. The replacement package arrived today albeit a bit longer than I would have hoped but the seller did jump through a good few hoops to ensure I was totally satisfied; which I am. We grumpy pensioners must be difficult to deal with at times. Five star service.
