Ordered the goods, communication was excellent, and that's an understatement. Goods delivered and placed in my safe space sowell that when I looked I missed it. But the sellers themselves were able to guide me in. The actual nuts were packed / wrapped solidily and were of top quality. Price was excellent. Will more than happily be back for more supplies.

Took almost a week from ordering to arrive. Was shocked when I saw the state of the package. Not sure if I'd use this seller again just because of the delivery company they used. Looked like it had been kicked around like a football and stood on. Lucky the bags of food inside were still intact and otherwise ok. Hamster food was as described, new in bags.

This total buying experience has put me off of buying on ebay. Seller advertising an extremely good quality bird food at a good price, but the item received was not the same. Contacted seller immediately but he didn't want to message on ebay, he wanted to make phone calls! He phoned my brother twice with a bad attittude/shouting. Tried telling my brother that the seed he had sent was exactly the same. My brother is a Specialist lovebird breeder. Has been almost 50 years. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Your previous message I always buy these bones from this co who have always been reliable & quick on delivery. However I experienced an issue when it took longer than normal for the item to arrive. On contacting the co, the issue was resolved &the items resent in double quick time. The issue was with the courier and not the supplier. This was handled brilliantly and resolved quickly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for your pet needs. I will also continue using them
