When I advised SVR that I'd had an issue with the postage SVR responded promptly and very helpfully - more so than they had to as it was not their fault.     To expand on my earlier comment, my feedback wasn t bad, it was truthful. Somehow on your end someone packaged an item that was damaged and also not in the condition that the advertised photo showed. I was pleased to read of your willingness to offer a refund however instead of refunding me I d prefer you to examine your processes to ensure items sent are a) working & b) in the same condition as the advertised image, one shouldn t have to write reviews like this.
