    Item as described well packaged dispatched on time great communication with seller. However DHL driver lied and reported he’d attempted a delivery but been refused!! I was in most of the day and checked my CCtv cameras No DHL van or driver came in road nor my drive, driver is a lier collected my parcel from Runcorn depot next day. I remonstrated with staff they said they’d look into it Not arced I don’t trust the drivers as this is the second time drivers have lied about fictional deliveries
