  This item arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately I didn t feel the cushion eased my discomfort when sitting but maybe thats more to do with whatever is causing my discomfort and not the cushion itself. The seller was disappointed that their product wasn t beneficial to me and very kindly refunded the cost of the cushion without having to return it. That s what I call great customer service!

  Paid for express postage and made a note that I required the item by a set time, they sent my item non express. I clued on and contacted them resulting in a refund, guessing they would have kept my money if I didn't notice. As expected the product did not arrive in time via standard shipping. Horrible seller. Wasted money.
