    I was sent the wrong stair rods, I waanted the plain ones but recieved a parterned finial. The seller will not respond to any communication. I had a fitter booked so had to have the incrrect ones fitted or pay addittional cost to get the fitter to return on another day. So as i have the wrong ones I think I should have a dicount, but the seller will not contact me at all, ebay are even worse not pushing the seller to communicate with me at all.

    Stair rods are great and as described. Well packed and posted promptly. Experience only let down by Parcel Force’s total incompetence - took 9 days after collecting from seller to deliver (lied about incomplete delivery address as original and 2 further labels had the same FULL information) 5 star seller though!
