    I'm sorry, I closed the case, now it says I didn't receive it. I checked that I did get it, and gave the explanations, do I need to do anything else? The photo is great. It was packed and shipped just fine. Communication was great. I certainly got my money's worth. Shipping was reasonable. You're a great seller, but I've still got some things to learn.     This was a unique transaction overall. The photo I purchased was out of stock. The seller to their credit did a good communicating & apologized for the issue. The seller offered a different signed photo which was fair and I accepted. The shipping time was a bit longer than I would have expected. The replacement photo was packaged well and came as shown to me prior to shipment.
