However, the seller was very responsive and quickly resolved the matter. So, even though there was an issue, I would not hesitate in buying from them again.     I purchased these for a charity. I've not seen them so can't really comment on them hence the 4 star. I do know that the seller was very good and I was able to track the item. Because of this I was able to tell the charity that the items had been delivered and that the delivery person had put it in their milk storeage box and not to the reception which is open & manned 24/7 every day! I'd definitely use the seller again
