His excuse was it was down to the parcel company. Not his problem . If I’m honest I didn’t know what to say . A good will jester wouldn’t off hurt . Shame eBay don’t let us post pictures when replying because I never said that. You said you were happy with your kit, mentioned it had a few chips but nothing a bit of touch up paint won’t solve. I apologised and said some markings are to be expected as they are very heavy metal items. I should also point out that we do mention this possibility on the listing so you should have known this before you purchased.
