Packaging could be improved a lot. 3 knives (not sharp) in an ordinary A5 size envelope. Each knife should be in a polybag sleeve but all 3 of them were not in the sleeves which were loose in the envelope. The envelope had been split open about an inch at one end somewhere in transit - maybe when it dropped in my letter box, I don't know. So I got everything on time but not very impressed.
