  Nice 8x10 art print was mailed in a soft envelope without good reinforcement, and it got bent and wrinkled in the mail.Seller was very courteous and gave prompt refund. I advised seller to use rigid envelopes with heavy cardboard reinforcement for future mailings. Also, the $5.95 shipping cost was a little too expensive for a thin 8x10 unframed art print (basically, a lightweight piece of paper).
