Item doesn't work. Seller tried to get around giving a refund. First he approves it but doesn't send a shipping label hoping the refund time expires. Then he offers you to keep the stuff that doesn't work and he'll send more. When you refuse, he'll tell you to wait and then you won't hear from him again.
