We are authors and manufacturers of children's fiction and comedy books, based in the UK. We are slightly more excited about this than a man who has just won £1 on a scratchcard - until he remembers the scratchcard cost him £2...

We stock a wide range of retail products, including some mildly interesting personalised items.     Would have arrived ahead of estimated, had it not been for the GPO retaining it and asking for £2.50 in under postage payment fees and penalty! I informed the seller, who contacted me the same day and advised me the postage must have fallen off, but to ignore the GPO request, and they would send another. This they did, first class. The next day, two letters arrived, one with 86p postage on, and one with first class on. Not the seller's fault at all. Excellent seller. Abysmal GPO.
