  Sadly my item wasn’t checked and arrive scratched with marks on. They send a replacement would be sent and would be with me before photoshoot. Sadly not and despite me chasing I got no reply. Not great service at all and this has let me down.

  Thanks for the feedback. Sorry it didn’t arrive perfect and the replacement was late – not how we usually operate. I’ve seen the scratch, it’s very very minor! IT WILL NOT show in photos - this is not a modelling competition. Another is on the way. A bit of patience would’ve helped – doubt there’s a photoshoot, feels more like a dig at us. Be more courteous - life is more bigger than a scratch. We provide a cheap service for people - not for people to dig at us!

  Let’s just be clear here, this magnetic sign had an air bubble around 4cm x 5cm in size and a mark shaped like a ‘c’ around 7cm long! Happy for people to see my photos as believe me it can be seen and stands out like a sore thumb. Looking at this business and the arrogance in their feedback, I think they forget that the person paying is actually a customer!
