Exceptional service,as described,well packed,prompt despatch,perfect. Unfortunately let down by Fedex who don't have the same level of customer service.Tracking only gives "Friday 21st by 6p.m" and then after waiting in all day,doesn't arrive at all,was deivered Monday 24th and didn't require a signature anyway!

Tip top service. I tried to change the delivery address after noting it was going to be sent to the wrong one. They couldnt change that but refunded me.
