I ordered 8kg of Chicken manure pellets, and when delivered it was on 7kg. I raised this issue with the seller who told me the supplier had reduced the size and the listing had not been updated. I told them that I had paid for 8kg and that is what should have ben delivered. The only answer I can get from the seller is Sorry for the confusion. The seller has still not updated the listing of this product. Please be very wary when ordering from this seller. Very disappointed in this transaction.

Wrong item sent, pale, pastel paper instead of Bright colours as per photo and description. Raised with seller who initially asked for photos and then just said 'is it not suitable' and 'they have sent what was ordered, there's nothing they can do' - which is untrue as I hadn't ordered pastel paper. Very unhelpful response, wrong item received and so I was very disappointed with this transaction and would not recommend them.
