    Very pleased indeed with these items (specialist multi-chargers) - quick delivery to UK - very competitive pricing - well packaged - would happily buy again from this Seller. However, the courier - Yodel - were a complete disgrace. They "advised" by e-mail (24 hours later) they had left the package with a "neighbour" - which happened to my "local" village store about a mile away from my house! The shop said the courier had left a total of 6 parcels with them! Sellers please don't use Yodel!!

    the wool is really lovely & soft, excellent value for money & good communication. This is no fault by the seller but unfortunatley the delivery company, left parcel by back door out in the rain so the wool got very wet. There was not a note put through the letter box advising of this.
