Steady Comp Ltd are the best IT/Tech/Computer company I have ever encountered. Five stars not enough - it should be ten! Their interest, help, advice and professionalism was awesome. Every query (there was a lot) was answered and they are still helping after the products were delivered. The EU has not been a barrier and the products were delivered over 2 weeks before the original date given. The iMac, Hub with huge added storage, the DVD and the price, are consumer winners. Great company.

Some confusion initially with this item! Circumstances meant delivery date was not until the 22 FEB. However these problems were quickly cleared up in a professional and helpful way. Incredible! Very, very pleased with my purchase. Does everything it says on the tin, 3 opeating systems to explore and enjoy. Despite a small hic-up with delivery, a new delivery date was agreed. The instructions on the included pdf have been exceptionally clear, I did not need the extra help to set up, that I thought I may have required, but very reasuring to know it was available, if I so chose to call for assistance.
