  I made the mistake of cutting the patch when I was opening the envelope. I was sad because I love the patch. I told the seller what had happened and the seller immediately said that the patch would be replaced. Very nice and terrific customer service.   what i have to say? the patches are so beautiful, high quality and much more... and then the seller, i let a few days pass to find words to describe him/her/them (i don't know), but i did not find and 500 letters for the feedback, that's not enough... i wanna be true, i found a lot or serious sellers in my 20 years old account and in these last 3 months but nobody at this level, really top honest, helpful, friendly and everything positive you can find in an eBay seller... highly recommended!!!
