    Item was exactly as described. It was well packed but when it arrived 2 parts were broken. NOT the fault of the vendor - probably dropped in transit. I contacted the vendor and he printed out the parts and they were delivered the next day. My son and I fitted the parts and machine worked correctly. I probably learned more having to do this - it was my request to replace the parts. Excellent service
