  HORRIBLE SERVICE! First off, seller shipped this purse in a plastic envelope and not in a box so it wouldn't get smashed. It arrived smashed. It was also unsewn at the bottom which she didn't mention in the listing. I let her know of the damage she said that it probably got unsewn in the shipping which I felt was a real stretch from the truth. I asked for a $25 refund to make the repairs. Refused stating that the pics I sent were not that of the purse. Buyers beware I wont buy from her again.

  I'm always thrilled to find the Boho design World Market mugs, especially those that are ratrher rare! This mug was one of those! I love having it. It was packaged with great care and was sent right away. It was pictured on eBay just as perfectly as described. The price was well worth it! I would recommend this seller, for sure!

  You always take a chance when ordering something fragile that has to be mailed and Stella's Umbrella did not disappoint! The coffee mug was packaged carefully, including a large "fragile" sticker on the outside of the box. That of course did not stop the delivery person from tossing the box on our front step but because Stella's Umbrella carefully packaged it, it did not break!
