My 30+ years in the crafting business has provided me opportunities to express my creativity through Painting, Cross-stitch, Wood crafts, Pottery, and Graphic Arts. My experience in craft shows, boutiques, consignment shops and art festivals has taught me the importance of quality customer service. If you have any problems with my products, message me and I will work with you to get it right. My designs are hand drawn by me and converted to vector lines, necessary to produce a quality, laser cut stencil. All purchases are shipped same day payment is received.     This item is as advertised and just what I was looking for. Communication with the seller was excellent. Shipping was reasonably priced, but ridiculously slow. The tracking showed it took over three weeks to process in Illinois. Once it hit Canada, there was no tracking, but travel time was reasonable. I am very pleased with the product.

    She accidently sent the wrong stencil . But when I contacted her she said keep the wrong one .And she sent me the other one priority & and it was just what I wanted .
