    I bought twice from this seller who has two different eBay stores selling these Navajo turquoise necklaces. Each time I was not sent the necklace I originally purchased at high price. The first time I agreed to a different piece only after demanding that I see and agree to exactly what I’m buying. But the second time I was shown pictures of a piece they claimed to have. Then after I purchased it they had the audacity to again claim they would send something similar. Very underhanded. Beware!

    Received the neckless and opened the package only to have the neckless fall apart. I contacted the seller and told them that I could restring but I do not have the clamps to lock it together. I was going to take the neckless to a bead shop not far from the house I asked for a credit against my credit card purchase. I also stated that I did not expect it to cost much. The only reply was not give them a negative feedback. It came to $5.50 and after 3 e-mails with no reply customer service out
