    Disappointed with uv bulbs which aren’t exactly the same product as shown in the photos. Could have bought this non genuine bulb cheaper elsewhere but paid more as thought I was buying the genuine one. The seller offered me a refund if I returned it when I questioned this but I needed to use the bulb straight away. Messages were functional and not particularly polite. Time will tell how well the bulb works.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed in the service provided. The offer of a return and full refund was made a couple of times, which you declined to take up, as you wanted to seek a part refund and keep the goods.
