    It just arrived now. Although it was late, the seller and myself were in contact with each other. They were brilliant when I realised I had ordered the wrong size and they changed it immediately, I understand with it being a personalised item it would be a bit longer but I am more than happy with my horse's headcollar, I have inspected the item and it's perfectly fine.

    THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK. NOT SURE HOW YOU CAN SIT THERE AND LIE ABOUT YOUR PARCEL BEING DELIVERED LATE THOUGH, AS YOU WERE TOLD ON 2 SEPERATE OCCATIONS THAT YOUR DELIVERY DATE WAS THE 23RD. YOU WAS TOLD THE DELIVERY DAY BEFORE THE ITEM WAS DISPATCHED THE ALSO THE SAME DAY AS IT WAS DISPATCHED. YOU ITEM WAS DISPATCHED ON TIME AND WAS DELIVERED ON THE 19TH 4 DAYS BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY DATE. ALSO THE DETAILS YOU LEFT FOR THE ORDER WAS NOT CORRECT, SO I HAD TO CHASE TO GET THE CORRECT DETAILS.
