    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Rude, sarcastic, totally unhelpful person. User name is completely correct! Undercharged for postage and then refused to pay the excess and fine imposed by Royal Mail. Offered a refund (total £3.25) Which doesn't cover the £3.50 extra I've paid out and I'd end up without the product. His reply? You should have opted for the higher postage option! WHAT?!! 😂
