  Really bad seller!! Empty envelope arrived at my door. Hadn't sealed the envelope so either everything fell out or they didn't put anything in it. Communication was appalling. Only just refunded over a week later. Had to open a case with Ebay. I'm sure they will say this is untrue like their other negative feedback.

  This was an error, we messaged you to say this. but you just wanted a refund, The envelope was packed into our dispatched pile by mistake. but i guess mistake shoudlnt happem. We sent out the order when we realised. we said it was our fault in reply to the one message you sent to us

  Shocking seller. So many lies. Weeks of waiting, both orders incorrect. Said they don t offer colours for font yet it s in the ad! Said item tracked and showed as delivered...NOT true in the slightest. Wouldn t prove tracking. I was home the day it arrived, way after they told me it was delivered !! Said they didn t get my request yet I sent proof of it being there on purchase. Everything about the seller was so disappointing. They stopped responding so I had to report to Ebay. Very sad.

  totally disagree with this, the labels are cut by machine. we dont even own a pair of scissors in the office. You cant remark something that is false. We sent you some more, as you enevr requested a colour but needed a colour so we resent you free of charge, tracked also which shows delivered!!!
