Well packaged in heavy cardboard with 1" foil backed styrene foam board and bags of foam surrounding the items. It was assembled in 1 and a half minutes and looks just like the picture... read the instructions to prevent voiding the warranty!

After talking with the seller he replaced it with a new thumper. Told me to keep the damaged one, he has no use for it. After talking with him and reading all of his reviews. I reexamined the box it came in. It looks to me the shipping carrier let it fall over on it side. I am thrilled to own a nice still from his company. If anyone in the market to buy a still. All our stills are shipped in perfect condition. You should have let me know before leaving this feedback. The boxes go through a tremendous amount of abuse from UPS and or FedEx on the way to the customer. Just because the outside of the box does not look damaged that does not mean we packed a damaged thumper. That is absurd considering all my positive feedback.I am insulted to have a comment saying that we shipped the product that way. Totally untrue.

I had questions before I bought the item. They happily answered and always quick to answer. I purchased, shipping was fast. I even had questions after receiving the still, once again great customer service. I will be sending my still back for a little bit more work and they are happy to work with me.
