I had a small problem with one of the cards that arrived (just one ... on like 4 different orders) and he reached out within hours re: the card condition and offered a refund. It was a small order (approx $1) and I bring this up because there was such quick and useful communication throughout the process that it s fair to say this will be the case on your larger orders as well.
